Return Policy

• At namaproducts.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We strive to make top quality products but in the event you are not happy with your purchase you can return merchandise within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange if you provide your receipt.  We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on product samples, gift cards or free gifts that you may have received from us.

Packaging and Shipping Your Return

If you have the Return Form that came with your order, please fill it out as completely as you can. If you've lost the return form, please include the following information with your return: indicate whether you want a return or replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning, and its price.

If you're returning the product because we made an error or the product arrived damaged call us at 717 602 9291 and we'll schedule a UPS pickup and cover the cost of shipping.

Gifts Returns

If you are returning a gift that you received, please indicate on the return receipt if you would like to receive a credit.   We will issue you a credit for the purchase of other items at namaproducts.com.

Exchanges

You can exchange your returned item for another of equal value at namaproducts.com by sending it back in the mail in its original condition.   Shipping charges to deliver your exchanged items will be charged.
